I'm a community-centered creative arts leader with 15+ years of experience as a nonprofit executive, fundraising strategist, public policy advocate, and musical theatre historian. I help arts organizations build sustainable fundraising programs, effective boards, and resilient leadership, and I write and speak about all three.

I also am a practicing musical theatre and operetta conductor, director, and historian, a published author of books from Penguin Random House, Hachette, Wiley/For Dummies, and Bloomsbury
